What whoosh360 Is
whoosh360 is a social media operations workspace for creating, approving, scheduling, publishing, and reviewing content across multiple channels. It supports both direct manual posting and AI-assisted content generation.
Client Workspace
Used by a business or brand team to manage channels, posts, campaigns, approvals, media, analytics, and workspace settings.
Admin Workspace
Used by platform operators to manage plans, clients, controls, providers, storage, observability, and background operations.

Main Workflows
1. Set Up The Workspace
- Sign up or sign in
- Complete the setup wizard if onboarding is incomplete
- Add business profile details
- Connect social accounts
- Upload brand or campaign media
- Review plan limits and settings
2. Create A Post
The main creation screen supports three modes:
- Manual Post: Enter the title, caption, CTA, media, channels, and timing yourself.
- AI Single Post: Generate one AI-assisted draft, review the preview, then publish or schedule it.
- AI Campaign: Build a multi-post campaign with generation, scheduling, and approval-aware flow.
Supported post formats include image posts, reels, videos, stories, polls, offer posts, event posts, documents, link shares, blog articles, and newsletter posts.
3. Schedule Or Publish
Posts can be published immediately or scheduled with these recurrence patterns:
- One Time
- Same Day and Time
- Every Week
- Daily
4. Review Approvals
whoosh360 separates approvals into two queues:
- Campaign Approvals
- Post Approvals
Approval actions can also be delivered by email so reviewers can approve, reject, or respond to content without signing into the app.
5. Track Campaigns
- View campaigns in list and planning-oriented views
- Open full campaign details
- Review related generated and published posts
- Inspect failures
- Retry failed posts where allowed
- Stop or delete eligible campaigns
6. Manage Media
- Browse uploaded assets and AI-generated media
- Search and filter by media source
- Reuse assets while creating posts or campaigns
- Open public preview pages for published-post assets when available
7. Review Published Work
Post History shows published and in-progress posts, including preview details and public HTML preview pages that can be shared outside the main app.
8. Monitor Analytics And Notifications
- Analytics shows performance and activity snapshots
- Notifications surface approval, scheduling, publishing, and system messages
9. Update Settings
Client settings provide access to plan context, approvals, publishing preferences, and other workspace behavior.

Business Profile
The business profile gives whoosh360 the brand and business context used across content generation and workspace identity.
Approval Flow
Approvals can happen at both campaign and post level. Depending on configuration, content may need to be approved before generation continues or before a final post is published.
Media Sources
Media can originate from uploaded assets, AI-generated assets, and previously published posts.
Troubleshooting
I cannot sign in
Use /signin for client sign-in and /admin/signin for admin sign-in.
A post is waiting and not publishing
- The scheduled time may not have arrived yet
- Campaign or post approval may still be pending
- A connected channel may need reconnection
- A background worker may not be running
A campaign failed
Open the Campaigns page, inspect the related posts, and use the retry action on the failed post if the failure is retryable.
Approval emails are not arriving
This usually indicates SMTP or approval-recipient configuration issues and should be checked by an admin.
